  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add the Potatoes: After flipping the chicken, add the potatoes to the air fryer basket. Cook together for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and tender.
  6. Serve: Once everything is done, garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your delicious garlic butter chicken with crispy potatoes!
